Hi,
I tried to install OpenLiteSpeed on a new box with PHP 7.4, 5.6 (+ 8.1, 8.2) due to legacy apps' needs but custombuild let me know OpenSSL 3.0 would only work with PHP 8.1+.
I found this tutorial which helped me switch out OpenSSL 3.0 for 1.1.1s after I rebuilt the server and did everything but install OLS plus the PHP versions I was looking for. Surprisingly the PHP 5.6 installation failed because it was looking for OpenSSL 3.0.
Does the custombuild script need to be updated if older version of PHP are ready to work with OpenSSL 3.0?
