anyone using the kayako helpdesk? it sends in dual tickets when a user submits because it is being caught by two exim directives.

anyone have a fix for this?
 
I would suggest contacting their support, they should have an idea of what is causing the problem and how to fix it.

I am not sure how kayako collects mail...
 
it has to do with how the exim.conf is setup and how piping works.

since cpanel uses exim and their conf file is just configured differently but no double tickets.

i'm still looking around for more solutions just wish i knew how the conf directives worked etc...seen removing the unseen doesn't appear to be the best solution.
 
Which exim configuration are you using?

I haven't had any trouble like this piping email to the perl script osTicket uses.
How are you piping to kayako?
