Apache is consuming all my CPU

What is your mysql version?
Check /var/lib/mysql/<hostname>.err log for any errors.

Is apache still making troubles for you?

I really don't know whats the problem with my server.

Apache is consuming almost all my CPU, but is probably caused by mysql.

The version of mysql is: MySQL 5.0.51a

I checked the error logs, and is nothing estrange there.
I don't know what to do next.

Yes, I restart httpd service and this is my htop:

I did not see anything strange. LA is not very big, I'd rather say, is quite normal.
I do not know why is your mysql-slow log empty. Perhaps all mysql queries are ok.

Does your server work slow, when it happens with apache? Any other problems? Fails to access SSH/Directadmin/Others?
