Apache Logs Broken

I've been working with my host, PWS, for over 4 months now trying to get a fix for a problem.

When you go to the user control panel, look at logs and statistics and then select any of the raw apache logs you get a 404 error. PWS has been kind enough to tell me that it's not their fault and they are working with DirectAdmin to getting the problem fixed but I personally think 4 months to fix an issue that used to work flawlessly and now doesn't it crazy! What can we do to fix this?

In other words your hosting provider is the only real person that can fix this problem unless they somehow grant you necassary privileges to the server. Or find a new webhost if you've been waiting 4 months.

I would really rather have PWS fix the issue. They said "explisitly" that it was a problem on DirectAdmin's side and that you are working on fixing it. They said this on a number of occasions. When I asked for a status update from them they told me when they get a status update from you they'll have an update for me. Now I'm being told it is something they have to do? What's the real story?

Who's you? We are not DirectAdmin staff. The only offical DirectAdmin staff will have "DirectAdmin Support" or "DirectAdmin Sales" usernames.

There is nothing I/we can do to help you further since I/we do not work for either company. ;)

I doubt it's a DA issue, as I don't see the problem on the servers I'm managing.

Same here, and the only thing I can think that would cause this is the storage of logs in a different location than default, which can easily be resolved.
