Try and see whether the issue persists if you either downgrade to Apache 2.4.51 or upgrade to 2.4.54.

sure , i will try that but can you pls confirm if any POC for it that it can be an version specific issue since i am not observing any issue with apache http2 settings and directives.

Try to switch to mpm_event

I don't have anything in my records on the specific error and we run Apache with Server MPM event. So hardly will I confirm the request.
