API Documents

Hey!

Is there any good API documentation? I can't seem to find any anywhere... stuff I find is very poor...
Trying to use CMD_API_EMAIL_POP to make an email account but I have no clue what to pass into it?!

Any ideas?

I agree totally with you, the API documentation is very poor. I built my CRM using the following links:
