Good Day,
An ISP provider we use has recently closed off port 25, which now requires us to use a Smarthost to send and receive emails correctly from our existing hosts.
I would like to know if it is possible to install another DirectAdmin instance and configure it as a Smarthost that authenticates via IP address rather than SMTP authentication, so that it can relay emails from our affected hosts?
If this is possible, I would appreciate guidance on how to set it up. The new instance should also be able to send and receive emails normally, in addition to acting as a Smarthost/relay server for our other servers.
I reached out to DirectAdmin support but was redirected to the community. Any assistance or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
