Auto Mail Storage Cleaning and more

Hi, I'm currently using Roundcube email mostly. I want to ask if I can use some automatic features as follows

1. Mail storage will auto-delete after 1 week or a specific period of time.
2. Specific keyword or subject's mail will not come in the mail.

1. Mail storage will auto-delete after 1 week or a specific period of time.

Do you mean, that all emails in all mail folders should be purged after a specific period of time? If this is the case, then it can be achieved at least with a custom script running with cron. All emails are stored in files under /home/<USERNAME>/imap/<DOMAIN>/<USER>/, and you might remove files from the folder.

Probably there is a RoundCube plugin for it, it is up to to search for it in internet

2. Specific keyword or subject's mail will not come in the mail.

You might use system filter /etc/system_filter.exim of Exim to reject emails with such words. Do not edit the file directly, or all changes will be lost.
