autoresponder problem when smart_route

Hi,
because my vds cannot open 25 port, so I use smart_route to forward all the outgoing emails to another server to send.
and now I found that this will make the autoresonder not working,
anyone encounter this problem too?
How to fix it?

What autoreposponders do you use? Ones configured in DirectAdmin? Or in RoundCube with sieve rules (filters)?

Do you get the error "error: 550 We didn't send the message"? Or another?

If this is about "error: 550 We didn't send the message", then the error occurs as the sender is "<>" empty.
