The autoresponder how many time does he respond on a single email adres.
every day, once week, on every mail???

ok then I have a problem.
When i send a mail to the autoreponder it will only answer once a week instead everytime. Is there a way to fix it????

Have you checked the mail logs for details? Is it bouncing? Not sending at all?

I don't have acces to the logs. We own reseller account, so don't have access to the root protected stuff
