Hello, I recently had an issue with an fresh email account a client created with standard name : [email protected]
For no reason He were unable to send emails to Yahoo! accounts. The typical response message was :
The server DOES NOT send spam, checked every single file on system + logs, limit is 200 / days / user.
DKIM is set on every email account
Server IP is not blacklisted mxtoolbox
I contacted Yahoo to unblock the IP from their database, and here is the response :
Meanwhile, the client tried to resend email to his Yahoo! contact (+/- 5 times).
Now ALL emaiols he tries to send to Yahoo! go to queue....
What can I do in order to avoid emails sent to Yahoo go to Email queue please ?
