Awstats Error

when using Awstat to see domain statics on top pf page show this error :

Is that a newly restored/created account? Statistics are generated every night, can be forced to be counted manually:

No, but i found the problem,

im Using CageFS and with this Article problem fixed.

but i forced to delete and re-create account and then run Awstats Update.

any way for fix existing account ?

for example if awstats upgraded to 7.8 again we have this problem again.
