Problem: User backups aren't being backed up. The backup process does work, at least it creates the tarball. If the backup settings require the file to be ftp'd to another server, the transfer fails even though the ftp connection is made properly (I checked to make sure, the ftp log in does occur).
However, I now see these messages in the errortaskq.log:
2005:05:07-02:03:00: Unable to write /home/tmp/reseller_name/user_name/backup/user_domain_name.com/email/passwd
2005:05:07-02:03:01: Error deleting /home/tmp/reseller_name/user_name.tar.gz : Write access to the directory containing /home/tmp/reseller_name/user_name.tar.gz is not allowed for the process's effective uid, or one of the directories in pathname did not allow search (execute) permission.
What's strange is that nothing has essentially changed on this server, with the exception of updating DA to 1.24, but this problem may have been occurring before that update.
Any ideas?
Thanks......
