Hello Souvik,

The second screenshot from your post offers a possible solution. You might try it first, then report back.

Hi,

Is there any other tool or other way to backup all those uses data. Because manual backup not possible because of the huge number.

Thanks,
Souvik

Hello,

You will need at least export/import users metadata. For this

- create backups in directadmin excluding domains data, emails, mysql data
- import created backups on your new server. This way you will get users created on your new server correctly.

Then use rsync to copy emails, domains data. Use CLI mysql to export/import MySQL data. Check and correct ownership whenever it's required.

If you need anybody to do for you, you are welcome to hire me for this job.
