Backup restores missing subdomain

I am restoring a backup account, it has the main domain, www.site.com.br and also has a subdomain, ebook.site.com.br, but when I restore it, is like www.site.com.br/ebook, does anyone know why this error? And how to solve the same? I'm migrating this cpanel account to directadmin.

site.com.br/ebook and ebook.site.com.br are the same site. This is how the configs in Apache are done via DirectAdmin.

If you do not want the first address to open, you can create an .htaccess file with a redirect.
