Best way to avoid spam?

Hi everyone

I am about to publish my first site and am concerned
about spam mail

I want visitors to my site to mail me with comments
and suggestions

How do I avoid my Squirrel Mail from being overloaded
with stupid spam?

What about using a form filler for e-mail, does this help?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Instead of publishing your email address, create a form. Use a secure form-to-email script such as the one found here.

In the html you use to code your site (and the form-to-email script) use the email encoder found
