big mail issues after update?

Hi,

Really don't know what happend but after a update today we have mail issues.
users who wont to check mail with webmail can't login to there account.

When we check some logs we see:

da_alternate: missing passwd file: /etc/virtual/*****/passwd_alt

Also in directadmin gui we see that all domains are not knowing they must use the local mailserver.

Anybody knows how to fix this? with more then 600 domains ... it's really busy with customers calling.

So, when we look at the DNS of the domains we see Local data -> NO and Local Mail -> NO and thats not correct
We tried to fix things with:

da build exim_conf
da build dovecot_conf

But no luck

afters some updates and reboot of the server we did again:
da build exim_conf
da build dovecot_conf

And things seems going to work again. But we have still the issues that DNS settings of local data and local mail are not correct anymore.
we added the domains which are using our server for mail to /etc/virtual/domains

But still missing localdata but i dont know which config file that is.
