bind ip

Recently I have encountered the problem.I just want to know is there any way or script to bind single ip with the domain control panel i.e. domainname:2222 can be accessed by the single ip only restricting other ip's to access direct admin control panel.

It's possible to check a domain name and whatever might be needed with login_pre.sh
