Bind Problem - Server rebooting

Hi there folks,

I'm in need for an expert help here please:

Apr 8 16:55:21 ********** sshd[3684]: Received signal 15; terminating.
Apr 8 16:56:45 ********** sshd[4586]: Server listening on :: port 7117.
Apr 8 16:56:45 ********** sshd[4586]: error: Bind to port 7117 on 0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.

My server unexpectly rebooted at 16:56, and got this from secure log.

Anyone has passed for this, and knows how to prevent it?

It seems to be a sshd problem other than bind...
The problem is obvious, another application on your server is using port 7117. Changing the sshd port should fix the problem.

I have changed the ssh port, and the problem still occours, did you have any other sugestion?
