Block access to a specific directory for user

Hello,
I’ve deployed some websites and gave my customers their DA username/password to login as users.
They have a copy of the php script I provide in their /domains/myscript folder and I pointed their main domain to that folder through httpd configuration from DA admin.

Is there a way to block access for users to their /domains/myscript folder? So that they cannot access the source code of the script but that their website will still be working.
