I have a problem with .pdf bookmarks. Visitors to the site are unable to view bookmarked files, which are in the same directory as the table of contents. When a bookmark is selected, a 404 error occurs.

These linked bookmarks are viewable locally, or on a different server, not using DirectAdmin. I am not sure if there is a setting I am missing, or what the problem might be.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

when opening the file within the file manager, I receive the error posted below, however the file is in the correct directory.

Unable to open /domains/thedisease.net/public_html/arcana/ammo/FM_9-13/CH1.PDF. Directory does not exist, or /domains/thedisease.net/public_html/arcana/ammo/FM_9-13/CH1.PDF is an empty string.
To copy/move files with the clipboard, add the source files to the clipboard with "Add to Clipboard", go to the directory where you wish to copy/move the files, then click "Copy Clipboard Files here" or "Move Clipboard Files here"

In DirectAdmin's FileManager, how are you trying to open the file. Are you specifying the path or are you actually changing directories and then clicking on the file?
Do other files such as .html .txt work?

Remember that everything is case sensitive with linux. So if the extension is really .pdf and not .PDF that can also mess you up.
