Bug: Ticket system tokens

The problem on user / reseller levels.

When a ticket is submitted by a user, the reseller level main screen says:

There are 0 new ticket messages. (power user)
Message System - 0 messages waiting (default)

When i click Message system (in default) or Manage User Tickets (power user) I am shown the ticket the user has submitted, im guessing there is a bug with the token not counting the tickets that are there........

Hello,

You might be looking the the wrong spot? If a user sends a ticket to a Reseller, the number would show up at the bottom (default):

You have 1 new support request(s). (default)
There are 1 new ticket messages (power_user)

Above, you're compairing two different message screens..
"There are 0 new ticket messages. (power user)" is for the Reseller to his Users,and
"Message System - 0 messages waiting (default)" is for the Reseller to his creator (Admin).

you are correct, took me a few moments to find the tickets in both skins mind.....
