CA Certificate not work

I think when you are going to the SSL section you are leaving "Use the server's certificate" checked instead of checking "Paste a pre-generated certificate and key"

Until now, I worked with web-helper guide, for installation of the certificate and I didn't see that, always made the request and then straight: click on "Click Here to paste a CA Root Certificate"
Now I did it and it works, thank you very much!
