CAA record prevents issuing the certificate: SERVFAIL

Probably yes :)

Could a warning "AH00112: Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/admin/domains/sharedip] does not exist " have something to do with the problem?

I did find all the given links, but nothing solves it :(

AH00112: Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/admin/domains/sharedip] does not exist

Missing Documentroot seems to be for shared IPv6 ip...?
Should not affect SSL certificate...

OK, With a little help it is solved!
What to do:

My hosting provider has an option to create a DNS Template for multiple domains. On control panel at website hosting provider, not the one on VPS
Remove the domain from the template and set the DNS per domain. Set
domain.com. CAA 0 issue "letsencrypt.org"
www.domain.com. CAA 0 issue "letsencrypt.org"
(All other A, TXT etc was stil there for the domain)
Save and check on CAA Lookup - Check DNS CAA Records of Domain (dnslookup.online) the status. (Checkbox Advanced and DNSSEC on)
If CAA is in the records its possible to get or renew a certificate from Lets Encrypt.

So thanks for all response and thinking! (y)(y)(y)
