Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with my website — it suddenly became inaccessible, and I also can’t install an SSL certificate. I tried several times but it keeps showing errors or timeouts.

I’ve checked my hosting panel and domain settings, but nothing seems to fix it. I’m not sure whether the problem is from DNS, server configuration, or something else.

Could anyone please help me figure out what’s causing this issue or suggest what I should check next?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Xauxi,

It looks like your server (or your host's if you rent from a hosting company) is not responding. You'll need to take a look at the server your site's A record points to. That's the first point of call as if that's not working, DNS won't resolve and your SAN Certificate renewals will fail.

I'm assuming Cloudflare is not your DNS provider as DNS records get served, but there is definitely something wrong at your host's end.

I see you try to use CloudFlare. But I don't find CloudFlare's nameservers in the domain's settings (I mean the domain from the screenshot). And it is confusing. If the domain does not use CloudFlare's nameservers, requests to its pages should not go via CloudFlare. Anyway you should update the domain at a registrar and specify CloudFlare's nameservers there.
