Can admin or reseller, impersonat email account in roundcube ?

Is it possible for an admin or reseller to impersonate a Roundcube access for any email account?

No, by default an admin / reseller can not access the email accounts of users.
The only known way is to reset the password of the account. (As far as I know)

Its possible if set "one_click_webmail_login 1", then you have login-icons beside the emailaccounts.
