Can default admin account create pop3 mail?

The admin can access all 3 levels, admin, reseller, and user. You can create your email accounts by proceeding to the user level and creating the account as if you were a normal user.

But when I using a admin account and click the "User Level", I found it only have a icon "Domain Administration".

After I click the icon and click "Add a new domain", and input my Primary domainname.com and click "create"

It told me "Cannnot Create domain .details domain already exists"

Then, how I can make my default admin create different pop mail?

ah i think i know your problem

its that you already have the domain setup under another account you would need to delete the domain/account and recreate it when on the user level as the admin alternative just add the domain then.

Is your domain set up anywhere?

You cannot have a domain name that is the same as your server hostname.

If you own domainname.com and if your hostname is either domainname.com or www.domainname.com you'll have to change your hostname first, and then crate domainname.com as a domain.

If your server already has a domain domainname.com you'll have to find it and set up your pop accounts there.
