Can not run backup

Hello,

sorry for my poor english. When I want to start a backup manually from the direct admin panel, it takes me to the same page and the backup doesn't start.
It gives the same thing to the resellers but the users can run a backup.

Can you please tell me what to do ?

The backup run in background.

When you start backup you need to wait that message board say that backup is completed.

Thank you for your answer. But the problem is, normally when you run a backup, you have a message telling you that the backup is running and that you will receive a message when it finish.

I don't have this message when I run a backup and I don't receive a message...

So you click and nothing happen? Page dont get changed to another one? What browser are you using? Have you check directadmin logs?
