Read the error message above. The answer is given there.

reason :your mail server are generating complaints from Yahoo! Mail users.

how to solve it ?

The way to resolve it is to read the links yahoo has given you, and follow their instructions.

Yahoo Email SUCKS

I've been having the same problem. I advertise using Yahoo Search Engine Marketing to two different sites. One has a signup for a trial of a service, the other has a quote form that you can fill out.

So a Yahoo search engine user clicks on one of the ads and signs up for either a trial or a quote. The trial sends the user their password. The quote gets a one time human response.

I guess that some of those legit users marked my responses as SPAM because now ALL of my emails to Yahoo users get deferred. I run a one man show. I have never sent unsolicited email, and I'm not on any spam lists (other than Yahoo it seems), and none of my email seems to ever get blocked anywhere else.

This happened once before but I thought it was resolved. Looking at my server logs, I see I've been wasting my Yahoo Search Engine Marketing ad dollars.

I've turned off the ads and now prevent site visitors from entering a Yahoo email address into my forms. For that matter, I now block GMail email addresses too, since GMail shows competitor advertising in my replys.

I'm no great fan of Microsoft, but HotMail works pretty darned well. Hopefully they will buy these dopes and substitue HotMail for all of those Yahoo email addresses.

Yahoo is also blocking hundreds of our legitimate emails.

We are a small ISP with about 5000 users. Only a very small percentage of our users can send email to Yahoo, and even that is sporadic.

Hundreds of our users' legitimate emails are rejected daily with the following message:
421 Message from (208.66.56.9) temporarily deferred - 4.16.50. Please refer to help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer/defer-06.html

I have filled out "Yahoo! Mail Delivery Issues Form" a few times. I get the following automated response message:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,

This is an automated message regarding your recent request for Yahoo!
Mail Customer Care support. We have received your message and willYa
respond within the next 48 hours with an answer.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We look forward to helping you!

Sincerely,

Yahoo! Customer Care

**Please do not respond to this message as no one will receive it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

But I never received a response from Yahoo and they continue rejecting our users' legitimate emails.

After reading many forums and blogs, it appears that they are doing the same thing to many other small ISPs and companies with their own email servers.

This practice can interrupt many legitimate business communications and hurts many small businesses.

If anyone has a resolution to this issue, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Bernie

Bernie, you're probably asking in the wrong place. This forum is for users of the DirectAdmin control panel.

However even if you are using our control panel, you're probably still asking in the wrong place.

Yahoo for some reason thinks you're spamming them. I highly recommend you look for a phone number, or send email from a non-blocked account (perhaps gmail) to their postmaster address.

Jeff

It is not the wrong place as a user can suspect the way the MTA is configured can be playing a rule in this, however I personally think the way DA does not is not the cause really, but considering the effective factors in a mail server catching one as spammer, this cannot be the wrong place to discuss this affair.

But Andy, your very first point is useless unless you explain how users can set Exim to use a specific IP# for outgoing email from that user. By default exim always uses the main server IP# even if the user has it's own IP#.
