You also can login to the Client area and cancel. If you are using a hosting service to get your license with a server you need to contact the Hosting company.

You would think so, but there's no such option in the client area. You are an AI and I claim my five pounds.

Also, you would think you could simply raise a support ticket. But no, "Personal Plus" accounts don't include support, you're supposed to use the forum. Which is why I'm here, but it's proving to be less than helpful.

I guess you can just turn off auto-renewal, and the license will expire. Besides, things may have been different four years ago.

Edit: login to your account indeed --> click on the license --> Subscription --> modify --> cancel

"Personal Plus" accounts don't include support,

You can always use the contact form or e-mail on the directadmin side for these kind of things. Forum support is for the technical support.
However, Like you should be able to cancel it like @ericosman already explained.
