I had a user on my machine with the login name 'reborn' - assigned to 65.23.154.200 - I used the reseller access to delete his account.
When I go to IP Management under Reseller it still lists 65.23.154.200 as being owned by user 'reborn' which no longer exists. I selected it and tried to 'Free Selected' and it says:
"Error with your request
Details
65.23.154.200 is not set to 'free' or is still assigned to a user"
I also get the same error when trying to do this under ADMIN access.
"Error with your request
Details
65.23.154.200 is not set to 'free' or is still assigned to a reseller"
In an attempt to fix this, I used ifconfig to take down that IP address, logged out of DA and back in, and under IP Management it still lists 65.23.154.200 as being owned by the nonexistant user 'reborn'
Under RESELLER it no longer lists the IP at all.
So, again this time I tried to re-create the user 'reborn' - but DA wouldn't allow me to use the IP 65.23.154.200 since it thinks it's in use, so I was out of luck there. I need to free this IP, how?
If you need additional information please post, and I will provide it.
