cannot create a new random password for resellers

logged in as admin, list resellers, pick one of them, click reseller user data button, goto the bottom of the page and fill in my e-mail adress (or any other you like) and select: New Random Password. Click the send button, and this error is what I get:

You must have to, subject and message


What could be wrong here? any help please?
System is running default Debian 3.1 and DA 1.29.7

Did you make any changes to the file storing the email template?

And does it mail properly if you're not creating a new random password?

I'd ask DA support for help on that one.
