Cannot create a subdomain...

Hey guys. I have admin access and the whole wazoo. When I go to user level and try to create a subdomain, I get the following message as soon as I submit.

I had 2 subdomains I attempted to create and test 3 weeks ago, they didn't work. I decided not to bother with them, until now. I tried deleting them and it said this.

You may need to rebuild the named db using the template at: /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/named.db

Other than that, contact DirectAdmin since there's no helpful information as to why it is failing.

Perhaps the named.db is not located in the directory DA is looking for but still works because bind was reconfigured with the new bind location.
