For some reason I can no longer create any new FTP accounts.
I login as the administrator for the domain in question and then try and create an new FTP account for one of the sub-directories ( as I have done on another 6 times occassions)
The page refreshes as if all has gone well - however the FTP account has not been created.
Has anyone has this problem - and any asisstance in it's resolution would be much appreciated.
