Cannot get acces to wordpress admin panel

Hi, I have tried to make changes on my site using wordpress admin panel but i cant get to it, when i somehow get to menu, it doesnt have CSS, and after i click for ex. add plugin i ghet info:

You don't have permission to access this resource.
I tried contacting Softaculous, they told me to change .htacces file but it didnt change anything. Is there any other way to fix that?

Hello.
If you don't have a Directadmin license (so be an admin) you're at the wrong place for support.
This forum is intended for Directadmin license holders only, not hosting customers. So best is to contact your host for support or a general pc help forum.

Also reason for this is that we can not see what the host configured for you. They can also see what could be wrong in .htaccess or maybe somewhere else on your account.
You can also ask at a forum like pchelpforum.net or something similar.
