Cannot Load Index.html

OK.......I have no idea what I'm doing, just so you know. I've always used notepad and geocities to create my websites and just started using directadmin. please use small words, lol.

my domain is www.candiedheart.com. When I go to this address I get an error message saying I do not have access.

I have my index.html file in /domains/candied heart/ and the permission is set to 755.

I can NOT figure out why this won't work. Do I have my index file in the wrong place, is it supposed to be in the public_html file?

yeah, sorry. I should've posted that last night, but it was really late when I got it working and I went to bed. Not sure what I did, but I think I know how-not-to screw it up again.
