Cannot login to default email

Hello,
I create one user and this user cannot login to he default email [email protected]

the password its correct byt the user cannot connect via outlook (from webmail works ok byt from outllok bad login) (some other mails works ok)

can someone please tell me how its possible to check or reset this mail to work?

The default email does not use the domain in the login. The login name [email protected] for the default email is incorrect.

i dont use @domain i use only user byt i cannot login via outlook only from webmail.

how can i reset and recreate this mail or something to making it work

What error does Outlook give you? What does maillog tell you?

the maillog say Aug 18 20:38:12 servers vm-pop3d[6662]: User 'rmxs' - failed auth,

im sure that everything its correct pass and user..

yes i try it byt still the same..

From were i can change the setting for this email pass etc..or reset it..

Centos 5 64bit must be

#%PAM-1.0
auth required /lib64/security/pam_unix.so shadow
account required /lib64/security/pam_unix.so

Note, dovecot is recommended over vm-pop3d due to Maildir performance benefits.
