This forum is only intended for support to Directadmin license holders, so admins, not to end customers of hosting company's.
Mostly because (like in this case) we can't be of help anyway. Hosting company's use their own settings and configuration and we can't look in their Directadmin.
Best is to give them a call or keep trying. If they don't answer, that would be a good reason to make a backup and move to another (better) host.
Were they working before? Could access DirectAdmin before?
The issue might occur on the two ends: yours and provider's side.
As Richard already mentioned we can not help you to resolve the issue on the provider's side, for example if they are down or blocked your IP address. But you might try to connect from another network or device such as a mobile phone. And check your own firewall rules or contact your ISP (probably your internet provider is in the game too).
