cant access phpmyadmin through DA

Hi All,

My users are having problem accessing phpmyadmin through DA control panel. We assigned 1 shared IP to a main reseller account which holds all users domains. By default, all users should login to DA using https://sharedIP:2222/ and the default url link to phpmyadmin will be https://sharedIP/phpmyadmin. Now the problem is whenever user click on phpmyadmin link in DA, there's always error message saying page not found. however if user click browser refresh button, the page shows up.

The above only happen when users login through DA using https://sharedIP:2222/ . If user login using https://serverIP:2222/ the phpmyadmin url link will be https://serverIP/phpmyadmin/ . and the page will show up fine

Any idea whats the problem and how can i fix this?

Weird, I've seen that happen on a couple of third party skins, but not the enhanced or default ones.

Not quite sure what advice to offer - other than to make sure you're at the latest version, and that phpMyAdmin symlink is actually in /var/www/html

in fact that only happen to IE (in my case though). before we find a solution to this, those who use IE or has clients that use IE, you may want to disable or untick SSL3 in IE option. This solve the problem.

still exploring other possible solutions.
