Can't Delete User, Server Times Out

I need to delete a reseller account on my VPS (with 512MB RAM). The account is using about 1GB of space. When I go into DA and show all users and check, delete, and confirm - it just times out. I bumped the timeout time from one minute to four and that didn't help. I also can no longer log into the account as DA gives the error: "Error reading his files" (although the site is still up and working). Any help would be appreciated (I suck with SSH too btw). Thanks!

Use the File Manager to remove huge files from this reseller's account and then terminate it.

I no longer can as it gives "Error reading his files" when I try to login.

Also, I tried removing the files before through the manager, and it timed out everytime I tried.

Well, I ended up screwing a lot of stuff up and long story short, I'm having my host reinstall DA.
