Can't edit DNS settings

Is it possible that my webhost provider doesn't have the DNS Administration via DA? When I looked on the demo of the DA here on this site, I saw that there is a link to DNS Administration, but unfortunately, on my DA, there isn't. I have an account via Velhost websharing (www.velhost.net). Is there any other way to change my nameservers or other DNS settings?

Your hosting provider may have not enabled it for your account. You will have to ask them for access to it. They have the option to provide or deny you access to that feature.
