Can't get any mail

there is errors:

or

support is not linux user. danila is not linux user. my host is my.com and my1.com is virtual domain. where is the problem?

I doubt you own my.com and my1.com.

And it's impossible to troubleshoot for you unless we know the real domain name.

While there may be a reason for you to hide it, most of us who have good troubleshooting tools and skills won't waste our time on generalities when we can look at a specific problem.

That said, are you trying to send mail from my1.com to my.com or from my.com to my1.com?

Are you using your own mailserver as the outgoing mailserver from your desktop client?

Are both domains hosted on the same server hardware?

Is [email protected] set up as a forward, an alias, or a mailbox?

And why do you consider this a "3rd Party Software & Customization" issue? Have you done anything to your install of DirectAdmin that's not standard and/or not supplied by JBMC software?
