Can't login ssh as admin

Hi
I suddenly cann't login in ssh as admin.the error massage is permission deny and shut down after enter right password.
I've made these changes at last login:
chmod 700 /bin/sh
chmod 700 /var/spool/mail

Is this cause the ploblem?
everything in DA is normal,sshd running.just Server Stats cann't show Usage Stats for eth0 and disk usages.
and cann't receive email also(can send).
I've tried reboot server via DA.and ploblems still there.Nobody can login in ssh.
The server has multi level secured and I don't think someone hacked it.The server itself running normal.
Just cann't login in ssh.

Any suggestion?

No chmod it to it original permissions.

Same as /bin/bash

I've asked the server company to fix this ploblem.yes,the permission can lock myself out of ssh.
It's ok now.
