Can't login to control panel - Credentials are correct.

I'm trying to login to the control panel and it is saying my credentials are wrong.

However, when I connect via Putty/SSH, it will accept the same credentials and log me in.

Does any one have any idea how to fix this?
 
Yes. I used Brave as my primary browser which is a Chromium browser.

Then I tried Microsoft Edge

Then I tried internet explorer.

All of them are submitting the credentials, but have an error message returned.

"Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."

Nothing is working. But again, I CAN login using the same credentials via Putty.

I even logged into the SSH account for that user, dropped into root, reset the password for the same user and it still doesn't work.
 
@jim.thornton connecting through SSH bypasses the Directadmin login checks so I would suspect that. Could you file a ticket with more details so we could take a look?
 
Is your MySQL service running? When the MySQL service isn't running (for example when the server doesn't have any disk space available) the Directadmin login page will return "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."
