Can't login

This morning I find myself unable to login to the control panel using my admin username and password.

Thinking it was a password issue I logged into my server using SSH and then did an su admin name and provided the password. This worked with no problems.

I still couldn't get in to DA. I changed my password through SSH and still no joy.

Other accounts I have (non-admin level) work fine.

As a last ditch effort I rebooted the server but still no luck.

My provider says they had a network outage last evening (I couldn't get to my server for a couple of hours). Now that it's back I can't get into DA!

My mistake...no one can login...

It seems to accept the username/password but then just refreshes back to the login page.

My guess (and I have seen this reported a few times on this forum...and I too have this probkem) is that your disc is full. When your disc is full, DA will not let you login.

SSH into your server and see what the amount of space is that is available on the disc. If it is indeed full, free up some space and then try again....

I am sure a DA Guru will be able to chime in with some ideas as well.

Trouble Logging in!

I am having this same problem!!

I cannot stay logged into my DirectAdmin admin account. When I log in, it simply returns me to my login page. I have disabled my firewall, checked my router for any kind of block, cleared my temporary files and cookies, and tried it on Firefox as well, no luck! I have tried with another laptop as well, but I am having the same problem.

But did you try the suggestions above?

Also you cannot use the AOL browser.

You cannot be using any speed enhancing script provided by your isp.
