Cant receive email on the main DA user. Other additional email accounts are fine

Hi,

I can't receive emails on the main email account. It was fine before the weekends, and over the weekends, the issue just came up.

I cant receive emails on the main DA username email account. New emails does not show up in the webmail nor on my outlook or iphone. I tried setting up email forwarders, and the email can be received on the external email accounts that i forward the incoming emails to.

Other additional email accounts that i had setup in the account for that domain is working fine though. Please advise.

Trace an email through the logs to see where it ends up.

according to the logs, it shows that it reaches the particular inbox. However, the email does not show up in the inbox nor in outlook through pop3.

So manually check the Maildir and see if the file is in the new folder.

We also encountered this problem a few weeks ago.
After a lot of research we found out that our hostname was not added to /etc/virtual/domains.

So, just add your hostname to /etc/virtual/domain (if it does not already exists) and restart exim.
