CAn't receive emails

Switched servers last week to Tigahost. I cannot receive any emails, get this error message when I sent a test email:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
unrouteable mail domain "dssrage.com"

You don't give us enough information.

Is dssrage.com on your server, and is this a message someone else gets when trying to send you a message?

Or is dssrage on another server and you can't send email to them?

In the first case the problem is with your DNS, perhaps because you haven't changed your nameserver IP properly at your registrar.

In the second case the problem is probably that your server doesn't have a working nameserver listed in /etc/resolv.conf

dssrage.com is on my server and I don't know if this is the message anyone else gets because I cannot receive any emails. I would assume so because I have not gotten any emails since the switch.

Nameservers are correct. Domain has fully resolved, site works fine otherwise.

Thanks for the help, my host has fixed the problem.

DNS Report shows your domain is routable.

I've tried a test email to the sales address (using diagnostic tools on my linux system) and the address appears to accept mail properly. I didn't actuall send the email. If you want me to actually send the email to your sales address (or to some other address) let me know and I will; to let me know please write me at my email address below in my sig as a response here won't be read as quickly.
