Can't receive mail

Hello,

I set the mail account in ms outlook. I can send mails both from outlook and webmail. But I can't receive any when I try to send from another account of mine. The strange thing is outlook doesn't give any errors and says it received and sent with a problem.

Can you help me please?

Do you see the email being delivered to your email folder in /var/log/exim/mainlog? If it isn't being delivered, you need to look at your DNS settings for your server.

try this out

Check out the following settings in your outlook:

Incoming and outgoing server should be the same

In Tab outgoing server use the following settings

- Select: Outgoing SMTP requires authentication
- Select: Use same settings as my incoming server

Then use outgoing server: 587 and make sure you don't use encryption connection.
