Cant see already made databases and cant create new

yes, you already mess up with your server. So some database might be corrupted.

We can't help you to recovery corrupted database. you have 3 choice.

1. Recovery by yourself ( Backup by yourself ).
2. Drop that database.
3. Hire professional to recovery for you.
