Cant see user on "my users" after transfer

Can only see this accounts on the option "show all users".

I transfer 50 accounts from cpanel to DA but 2 accounts are not on "admin" or other "reseller" user.
Cant move it (with the option "move users beteen resellers") to admin account because they are not listed on the options.
They are in the "nowhere"

Any help, idea?

Check via SSH. Then edit the /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/user.conf file and check for this entry:
creator=
if this line is not present or empty, then put it in there and assign it to the admin or reseller you want to view it under, for example:
creator=admin
and safe the file.

Ofcourse you can also use the reseller accountname there. Do the same for the other account. After that they should be visible under admin or the reseller.

No, but i see the users are not here:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/users.list

i add users to the list and problem solved!
